DEPOSIT FOR GRAZING TABLES

A 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the full balance due no later than 7 working days prior to event; unless agreed otherwise. Tables will not be secured until the deposit is received by us.

PAYMENT OF PLATTERS

Full payment must be received by us prior to your delivery date for all grazing platters. Failure to pay will mean your platter will not be delivered.

 

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS OR ALLERGIES

If you or any of your guests have any dietary requirements/allergies please state these upon booking so we can cater for all needs where possible. We cannot guarantee that our platters and grazing tables are nut free.

 

INVENTORY

The client must sign an inventory sheet upon completion of set up. Any lost or damaged equipment/props with incur a charge. All equipment/props must be collected by us/returned by the client within two working days. Please note that Amazing graze® do not provide the table/surface and this must be supplied by the client.

 

DISPOSAL

Amazing graze® are not responsible for the removal and disposal of food waste. Unless otherwise agreed and paid for during the booking stage.

 

TRAVEL CHARGES

We’re a UK, Berkshire based company and travel costs are worked out based on mileage from us.  Certain areas will incure a minimum spend, please do conact us for further information.

PARKING

Onsite parking is required in order for us to unload and set up. If there is limited or no parking onsite, please do let us know upon booking so we can try to make other arrangements, the client/custmer will be responable for these costs.

 

REFUNDS

Amazing graze® will not accept refunds, unless we, the company cannot fulfil the booking. Date changes will be considered given sufficient notice and availability within the same year. All deposits are non refundable and payment of a deposit recived by us confims your booking.
